Our story

Built for property people.
Built to be useful.

Gatha wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It started with a redundancy, a frustration the whole industry shares, and two brothers who decided to do something about it.

Where it started

A big industry, treated like background noise.

Property is one of the biggest industries in the UK. Online, it gets treated like background noise, or worse, a market to sell into.

After years working in estate agency and property marketing, we kept seeing the same pattern. Good people. Valuable experience. Real opportunities. All of it scattered across platforms that were never built for professionals trying to get things done.

So we built the alternative.

It began as Chris's idea after being made redundant: a platform that makes it easier to build real relationships, reach the right people directly, and keep momentum moving. David came on board with a customer-first mindset and a focus on building something that genuinely helps people day to day. Then Rich joined to build the real thing from the ground up.

That platform grew into UK Homes Network. UK Homes Network is becoming Gatha.

Why one industry

Property is different. Its platform should be too.

Property runs on relationships, trust and detail. Deals, planning, finance, build, lettings, sales. The best opportunities come through people, and that only works when everyone in the room speaks the same language.

01

Find the right people fast

Every member works in property or construction, so the right contact is never buried under noise from other industries.

02

Share without it getting lost

Opportunities, deals and jobs land in front of people who can actually act on them, not an algorithm's best guess.

03

Ask people who've been there

Questions get answers from professionals who've done the deal, faced the planning committee, run the site.

04

Build a name that carries

Become recognised inside the industry that matters to your business, not lost in a feed built for everyone.

The journey

Three chapters in, and the best one starts now.

Chapter one · 2024

The idea nobody would back

A redundancy, a conviction that property deserved its own platform, and a launch built on graft rather than funding. UK Homes Network went live in January 2024.

Chapter two · 2024 to 2026

The industry moves in

Thousands of property professionals joined, and the national circuit of live events took the platform into rooms across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and London.

Chapter three · November 2026

Gatha

A complete rebuild. New platform, new apps, new name, launched live in London. Gatha means bringing people together, and that's precisely the job.

The team

The people behind it.

Three of us, all in. Property people building for property people.

Building Gatha from the ground up, in-house. Every screen you'll use in November is his handiwork.

Where this is going.

We want to unite the industry and raise its standards by making it easier for good professionals to find each other, share what works, and get things built.

And as the platform grows, it becomes something more: a collective voice. One that represents the lived reality of the industry and helps drive change on its behalf.

That's what Gatha means. Bringing people together.

  • An equal playing field for businesses of every size
  • Visibility earned by being good, not by gaming an algorithm
  • A platform the industry owns the story of, told in its own voice
  • Live events where the network steps off the screen
