The evening, explained.

Our events get talked about across the industry because they feel different. People stay longer, they engage more, and they remember who made the night possible.

There's a surprise at every event. We won't spoil it. Just don't leave early.

One stage moment. That's it.

No speakers. No panels. No breakout sessions. Halfway through the evening Chris takes the mic for twenty minutes, thanks the room, points everyone at the exhibitors, and brings each headline sponsor up for five.

Tickets are £35 and include the lot.

Entry, food and drinks, plus booking fee. People pay to be there, which is the point: a paid room is a room that turns up. Doors at six, smart casual, over 21s.

Every date was picked after mapping a full year of the industry calendar for clashes. No awards dinners, no UKREiiF, no school holidays. Nothing competing for the same room on the same night.

Liverpool isn't a volume market right now, and everybody in it knows that. Thousands of units sit stalled or consented and not started, and £2bn of new public money has just arrived to unlock exactly those sites.

6,822 homes under construction in the city centre, the largest programme of any regional city. Smithfield is funded and out of the ground, and Ladywood is signed at around 7,500 homes.

Big Penny Social in Walthamstow: the biggest beer hall in London under an exposed factory ceiling, seven minutes from Blackhorse Road on the Victoria line.

September is the reason for the date. Everybody's back, the diary is still empty, and it's the strongest week in the British business year. If you only do one, do this one.

Archive on Kirkstall Road, once the official archive store for the ITV Studios down the road, now one of the most atmospheric rooms in Leeds. We look for venues no property event has ever used, and Archive fits, which is why we're going back.

One thing to diary properly: Leeds has moved from September to November for 2027. It closes the Gatha LIVE year, with everybody in a good mood.

Two free nights. One brand on each. Could be yours.

Twice a year we throw a free night for the industry. No stands, no exhibitors, no competing logos anywhere in the building. One joint event partner, on the night, on the invitation, on everything.

This isn't sponsorship. It's co-hosting.

For one evening, Gatha and one company put on a night together and nobody else gets a look in. The event is named after the partner, marketed to both audiences, and we do all the work: venue, food, drinks, ticketing, promotion and follow up. One partner per night, first confirmed. When do tickets go on sale?
After the final 2026 event wraps in late November. Join the launch list and you'll hear the moment they drop, before anyone else.
How much are tickets?
£35 plus booking fee, and that includes the lot: entry, food and drinks through the evening. Doors at six, smart casual, over 21s.
Which venues are the 2027 events at?
London is at Big Penny Social in Walthamstow and Leeds is back at Archive on Kirkstall Road. Liverpool and Birmingham venues will be announced ahead of ticket release, and confirmed exhibitors hear first.
How do I exhibit or sponsor?
Exhibitor stands are £550 + VAT and headline sponsorship is £1,200 + VAT, per event. Stand numbers are capped by each venue, and it's first confirmed, first placed. Start the conversation through the For Business page and we'll talk through which cities fit.
Are the Gatha Socials free?
Yes. Both Socials are free to attend. Each is co-hosted with one joint event partner, there are no exhibitor stands, and there's only one partner slot per night.
